Hello!
New here, and hoping for some help. I recently spilled a half glass of red wine on my beloved unibody macbook pro.

I took out the battery, and took it apart, all the way down to the keyboard (proud to have only managed to lose 2 screws). Most of the spill was localized on the keyboard, but some on the internal fans. Cleaned it up with alcohol, reassembled, and it worked!

... except it doesn't charge now. I'm thinking that I may have screwed up the connections on the power-supply PCB during re-assembly, but before taking it apart again, I thought I'd ask to see if anyone has any insights, or perpaps this is due to the spill. The "Battery status" button/bars (green lights on side indicating battery level) don't work either.

The light on the charging cable is green when unplugged, and stays green when plugged in, but no charging is happenning.

Any advice as far as how to troubleshoot this?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
