I thought it would be interesting to compile data that shows the data speeds of different areas/carriers.

Please include carrier, ping, download speed, upload speed, and city.

yeah, so it says

That is a issue with the app, not ATT 3g speeds. I have the same app and it sucks most of the time.Try another App like speedtest.

I am getting over 4Mps on average with HSPA+. And yes ATT's 3g is faster than verizon's. Much faster. Depends on where you live granted, but the technoligy of HSPA+ is faster than EVDO RevA. No contest.
