Mine:

iMac April 08 Penryn 4GB RAM from OWC. Had the stock 2GB. Going from 2GB to 4GB upped my Xbench score 3 points! BTW, what xbench score do you guys get on the latest iMacs Penryns that is. I get a 156.

I finally, finally, finally upgraded the RAM in my iBook G4. I've been suffering with 512 MB for almost a year now (I've been using my Intel mini more because of that) and I told myself it was time to bite the bullet and spend $40...
