I'm not sure, but I think you need to re-calibrate your battery!

P.S. Thread title updated :p

Why? The battery reading is correct.

Here's mine on my 17" Unibody MacBook Pro. Specs in sig.

I noticed that people have the same % of org batterie capacity than me but half - .01% the cycles

someone said li-on batteries degrade fast after 300 cycles but mine hasn't.

beacuse the original capacity is lower than the current capacity, how it's possible?

P.S. your 17" UB is impressive!

His original capacity is higher then current?

4228 mAh <-- Current
4100 mAh <-- Original

P.S. I know. I love my 17" but its taken on so many battery cycles in just 2 months!

Here is mine

MacBook 5,1 (Unibody, November 2008).

I still don't understand how my current battery capacity EXCEEDS the original capacity, but I sure don't mind. :D

12" 1.33 GHz PB running 10.4.11. It may be 60 months old, but I still use it daily for web, email, presentations, etc. Show me a 5-yr old Dell that has this much usability and performance, I dare you.

I replaced the battery a little over a year ago.
