Looks wonderful! We have several hotpot 火锅 (huguōh) restaurants here in the Raleigh, NC area. My wife is Chinese(Shanghai) and we go to, and also make our own hotpot. One of our favorite cold weather meals.🤤

Nice. I was just in Raleigh last month meeting with Cisco at the RTP!
Yes, I have a couple friends that work at Cisco. My family and I live in West Cary just a few miles down the road from RTP. My wife is a retired Senior Electronics Power Supply Engineer that worked for IBM and then Texas Instruments. Apple was one of the customers she supported working for TI, and has been out to the campus many times. She always brought me back some good Apple swag.😊 I am a retired Navy photographer, and manage our rental properties now. Our son is a senior business major in NC State. Next time you're in town, maybe we could have a coffee.
Hokaido Ramen House in Morrisville. It’s OK, have had better but was pretty decent 😋

Have not eaten there but there are a few ramen places in Cary we like a lot. Our favorite so far is Koi Ramen. Good stuff!

Edit: Told my wife about Hokaido and she said she took her cousin from China there when she was here last November. If it was something she liked, she would have told me about it, but she said it wasn't very good.😕

Dinner tonight.
I had Udon noodles, freshly made wonton from local Chinese shop/restaurant, fresh sautéed Chinese spinach and sliced Shitake. My wife had the same but with thin noodles. We had Haagen Dazs ice cream and chocolate Chinese cream filled waffle biscuits for desert. Was really good.

Yesterday’s light lunch, ritz and hummus with v8 splash.

It’s an incredibly delightful combination. Pair it with some fresh Brie cheese and charcuterie meats.
Today, I had a (not-pictured) everything bagel with cheese and Canadian bacon.
For lunch, I had a light meal with some iced tea, double chocolate and sugar cookies, and strawberries from a school event. I also had my fried rice with steamed tilapia, which I bought from home (off-camera).
Dinner was hot dogs.
