What about those of us who use a daily changing random desktop photo?!
For example, in my case, my desktop varies daily, drawing from a folder of astronomy-related photos of deep sky objects and the night sky, from Hubble & James Webb, NASA Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD), ground-based observatories (by and of them), my own constellation, lunar, and planetary images, etc.

I'd be embarrassed to show my actual desktop with its clutter of scattered icons. Displaying aliases of financial documents would invade my privacy, too.
