A little disappointed. My long time 1920 x 1200 Halloween classic doesn't look as good on my 1440p display (which is to be expected, but I completely forgot about the res change). I can't seem to find a good 1440 version.

I managed to find a decent 2560 x 1600. Not great, but not bad. It look good even when I use my rMBP without the regular external display.

For a more Mac-like experience, I changed my ~/Desktop settings to align icons to the right.

No, they don't mess up the apps, it's simply changing the app icons. You can use LiteIcon to change the icons, but with El Capitan and later you need to first disable Apple's System Integrity Protection (you can re-enable it afterwards). The theme in my screenshot is my own creation. There are alot of icons shared in the UI Customization thread here and deviantArt is another good source.
