I don't know what you mean by what did I use, but they are category icons. The icons are custom made by me using http://chrfb.deviantart.com/art/quot-ecqlipse-2-quot-PNG-59941546 icons. I can upload the 4 icons if you want it.

My question had like a double meaning. Firstly, how do you make those categories? I'm guessing they are like folders but you can use an icon instead of the default folder look. And secondly, where did you get those icons from, which you have already answered. And yes, I would be grateful if you could post those icons because they look simple but effective.

You have a link to the theme and wallpaper?

This may get tricky.
First, I downloaded a folders background theme from cydia to see where folders/files go. I ssh'd into the phone to put the stripe wallpaper into where it should go. (don't remember off hand but I can look if you want specifics.

The theme is Glasklart HD from Cydia. I used ssh again to remove it's black wallpaper so I could use my own.

It's made using free app called Categories from Cydia. Make sure you install CategoriesSB after you install Categories. Although you have to pay for the SB addon, its worth it since it makes categories part of the springboard. So opening categories is a lot faster than the free version and you turn on features such as swipe to close and have your dock be visible which really makes categories really feel like its part of the springboard. Anyway here's the 4 icons.

Ah, yeah if it wouldn't trouble you to find it I'd appreciate it. I could've sworn there was a Cydia app for that, but I just took a quick look and didn't seem to find it. I'll look further into it, but if I have to do it manually, I'll deal.

Name a picture (stripes if you like) to FolderSwitcherBG and FolderSwitcherBG@2x

Put the picture in system, library, core services, springboard.app

It will then show up as the folder background and the "multitasking" bar.
