Yeah, except for my dock, I'm using folders exclusively. And I don't know how I feel about it. I think I'd like them better if all my folders were completely full. So now I'm gonna have to add and delete apps in the right categories until I can get satisfied. Then a new app will come along and I'll go through the same process. I have some serious iPhone home screen OCD.

I plan on setting mine up with only the top 2 rows filled on each page, so you can really enjoy the background wallpaper. I also plan on using folders fairly sparingly (for stuff I don't use at least 3 - 4 times a week is all).

Sold my phone til the 4 comes so I haven't set it up yet, but I've put a lot of thought into making a bunch of the backgrounds in that thread linked earlier!

I really wish there was an official 5 icon dock.

I'd really like that too. I've had Phone, Messages, Mail, Safari and Settings in my phone's dock for so long that I don't like how it is now. I'll warm up to it eventually.....maybe.

Jailbreak, and it's a laggy experience.

Not with BossPaper. I had no slow down using BossPaper and either stock or customized icons. I used SSH for the icons though. I didn't like winterboard.
