Here's mine. I constantly tweak my layout, but I'm pretty happy with this:

1st page is most commonly used apps. I've started using the facebook web app (vs the IOS) app. It's much faster and offers more info. I send all notifications to my email. I can't fall asleep now without WhiteNoise, and I use flashlight almost every night to crawl into bed after the wife's gone to sleep. i use WAZE to get to and from work - i dig the realtime traffic.

2nd page is functional apps. UNITED is pulled out because we're getting ready to go on a trip.

3rd page is informational apps - news, sports, weather, tech news, etc. I'm quite the info junkie, but mainly use twitter and reeder to get my fix.

4th page is games. i don't play a lot (hence the 4th page), but they are there when i need them and have a few minutes to kill

and of course my background is the logo of my beloved longhorns (enhanced with PIMP MY SCREEN)...

No offense, but how do you look at that everyday? My eyes hurt from looking at all the different colours. But maybe that is because I prefer my layouts to be very minimalistic.
