🤣🤣🤣
I know it's not the best skyline, but we'll have to settle for it. It's Parla, south of Madrid, the new area. The old town, unfortunately, looks more like... a mix between Sarajevo after the war, as if it's been through a hurricane and a couple of pandemics.
One could think that Spain has already enough bad examples of what not to build anymore:)

I took the antenna photo just to compare how close I can get a picture with the x2 instead of the normal zoom.

I’ve had mine for just over a week and I love it. I think a lot of the criticisms it has received are fair, but I just love the from factor, lightness and simplicity. For me it feels like stepping back to a simpler time! I’ve used a gloss black skin on the back underneath a glass protector to give it a real iPhone 4 retro look and feel. I always loved how the 4 looked with the aluminium sides sandwiched between the gloss black front and back glass, and this feels like an updated version of that.

While the 16e does brilliantly for 95% of the things I do with my phone, and I do like the simplicity of the thing, I think I would struggle with the camera if I didn’t also have my 15 pro work phone. I think the limitations of the single camera would prevent me from only carrying the 16e. But I also wouldn’t want the additional heft of two more lenses, etc. So I guess it’s a mixed bag.

What’s the cycle count on your 16e, specifically the early adopters?

Mine is a month old today! Still loving it with no regrets ❤️

I received mine on March 18th, and so far, I'm very happy.
The worst part, for me, is Apple Intelligence, a huge scam, and I don't like the direction Apple is going, but... 🤷‍♂️
Talking about the device, I'm very happy. The screen looks great, the camera is enough for me, the performance is excellent, and the battery is a huge improvement over my 13 mini.

Hey, nobody recognized and mentioned the APPLE Logo on the back. It's technical designed like rubber. When holding the phone your index finger won't slip and hold the phone in place. that's a real nice thing!

Then I also became the owner of an iPhone 16e.

I haven't regretted my downgrade. The sale of my 16 paid for my 16e in full + a little extra money in my pocket. How wonderful it is to get rid of Camera Control. Here are some pictures of it, in a Spigen Enzo Amarid case.

Finally pushed myself to get my 'spare' 13 mini up on Swappa for sale (if anyone's interested in a link let me know :)), I'm all in with this 16e. Great photos as always James

Have you already done the move, or planning to do it?

I made the move a few weeks ago, but I'd kept a 'spare' 13 mini set aside just in case I didn't go through with the transition.

I've had a bad history of trying and returning nearly every device since the 13 mini because I couldn't get down with the size increase. The 16e has been perfect for me, though.

Thank you 😀 Glad you’re liking the 16e and are ready to let the 13 Mini go! Nice upgrade.

Had my 16e for 5 weeks now. Still love it ❤️

I checked the 16e several times in the shop and it’s the first phone I like besides the SE1 and 13 Mini, but still on the fence because I'm not sure how I would like this size in everyday use.
