Here's the lock screen. The home screen wall is different. Came from a site. I'll have to look for it.

If you want the home screen, it's hard to explain. It's on this site. Find the "Black Ul" section. Then scroll down to "Mysterious wallpaper 2nd Lab. Tap on that. Then scroll down to the orange/black.
You will have to turn it upright with the orange at the top. I do it in Camera+.
Also you need to zoom it upwards on the wallpaper set up screen. Yeah, kind of complicated. LOL
The site:

Or use this one. But it doesn't show the black folders and dock.

Note: Some of these wallpapers on this site don't work well with iOS 10.2. Fine on 10.1.1.

Couldn't get it to work. I rotated the image but it just made my whole background orange.

Yep. Zoomed in and scrolled until I hit the bottom. This is what I get.

Just zoom it and while zooming with your fingers, pull upward a bit. Should work.
Which wallpaper are you using? Not all of them do it.
On that site, find "black Ul".

Tap on it, then scroll down to choose color. Then rotate for dark at the bottom :

I was in the wrong spot but even after getting to the place indicated above, I still have a noticeable line at the top of the dock. Strange.
