How did you get the dock and the folder background to be all black? If I go with a all black wallpaper the folder and dock bacground is grey

Absolutely love the iOS 8 "Earthrise" wallpaper for the lock screen on my matte black 7. You can't tell where the screen ends and the body begins. Still deciding on my home screen but this is what I'm using right now.
