I had these carrier logo and wifi icons. Please could someone tell me what it is called and maybe where I can get it from?

The WiFi icon is from "Signal Icons HD/SD" and is available on MacThemes and the signal icon is from "Signal Dots HD" and is available on Cydia.

The above lockscreen is word clock (in Cydia) not workclock. No big deal but easier to locate when spelled correctly.

It's not like the actual app icons shrink down, they're the same size as always. All micro-themes like that do is make the icon mask/shadow/overlay transparent, and then add a much smaller icon, but tapping anywhere on the overlay/mask area activates it.

No, hes using shrink.

Decided to play with LS Relax a lil.... this is what I ended up with. Pretty happy with it.

This is extremely clean. Does it use folders or page jumps when you select the bottom icons? And, more importantly, where the hell can I get that?
