Been trying to find a theme I liked where the icons weren't flat and this is lovely.

Correct. That's Ayeris + Degradado iconomatic (Schnedi's). Kind of the signature icon set I use =)

Cool! Yeah I kind of remember that theme from when I first started jail breaking. Wasn't sure if it got updated for iOS 7 or not.

StatusBar can't be changed for an image as in iOS6.

nope. just run the jailbreak program, go into cydia, and install a theme you like. i don't recommend installing much else until you do a little research though.
