The status bar theme is from elite8. I use protean to arrange the status bar. ColorBar to make it white and the dock is from the paid theme noki.

It's actually small zoom via littlebrother. I'm on a 6 but small makes the layout like a 6+.

Anyone wondering why my filza app is themed and yours is not, its beause the filenames are wrong. Instead of "AppIcon60x60@2x.png" rename "fz_icon_60.png" & rename "AppIcon60x60@3x.png" to "fz_icon_120.png"

Protube is the same apart from the foldername should be "protube2" at the end instead of "ProTube"

A lot of them are written so that you can just select the wallpaper you want to use from your photo library. Otherwise, you just change out the image file in the theme file itself.
