How do you blur your home screen background

I use this great editing app called ArtStudio, which works a lot like GIMP or PhotoShop- it has a lot of functions. Or you could get Blur for 99 cents in the App Store.

check out icon resizer...scale those icons down a bit, that screen will look a lot better (just a humble suggestion...)...
