That looks amazing, what's the process to make the screen look like that, with no folders ? Which icon pack is that ? And clock / weather widget ?

That I can probably answer. Or at least I can tell you what I do.
iBlank. Put one iBlank on the screen you want to be blank. It's transparent so you'll only see it in wiggle mode.

I like this a lot. Definitely my style. How did you do it? What tweaks do I need/iOS are you on? I haven't themed in ages =P. I'm a little behind the times currently... *cough* iOS 7
Also, is Anenome the iOS 9 version of Winterboard? ;o

You can still use WinterBoard on iOS9 but Anemone is quickly becoming the preferred tweak for theming. I recommend giving it a go.

iOS 9.02 and actually very few tweaks:
"statusbar CS (wifi and signal)" for the status bar, plus HideMeX to turn things on and off.
Theme is Gentleman, as is the iWidget. It is a paid theme, but they offer a lot of variations besides the round icons. I usually use a wall from Gentleman also, but am using a wall I DL off of the "Gentleman" thread on Modmyi. I also DL a few alternate icons from the same thread (Messages, Music, Phone). The Gentleman theme has eight or so grey variations of walls that I use. They are plain...but then again, so am I.
Anemone is what it is. Winterboard still works fine last time I used it and accomplishes the same thing. But with Anemone, which I think is cleaner and quicker to use, allows you to eliminate a few tweaks (iconomatic comes to mind) and just integrates it within Anemone. Plus I like "classic docks" and you can only use it with Anemone, not Winterboard. It basically works the same as Winterboard, but will give you a preview of the changes you made prior to respring.

I used a tweak called Anemone. The dock is from Gentleman theme.

I got the ls from schnedis Twitter, it's sl8 theme and I just moved my folders to the second screen on my phone and left the dock

Theme - SOFTY, paid theme in Cydia. I used some selections from Gentleman theme also to give it the rounded look.
iWidget - iWW2 Note_Sital. If you do a search in modmyi you will find it for download.
