Paragon+ does what you want....... Although I'm not sure it's working 100% on 9.3.3

This is what it's come down to. Would really like to get rid of the dock icon labels but I'm happy with it otherwise.

Springtomize 3 is what I use. Also, HideMeX might have the option.
