There's a version on Cydia. The ones posted in my pics. They are signal dots for the retina screen but they are way smaller than I would like and if I try to make them bigger they look like crap.

Edit: If you would like them the package in Cydia is called Retina Signal and WiFi, it has several different signal and wifi bars in it

I tried that theme from cydia and I can't get it to work properly. It only shows oversized standard icons, not the @2x ones that are provided in the folder.

Thats weird. That's what I'm using in my pics posted above and it came out fine.
 
Kinda picked and chose what I liked from others. Dont hate if I'm using something your using, it means you have good taste :D

Hey guys, I need some help. I have an iPod Touch 4, and there are NO themes for that specifically. I like some of the iPhone 4 themes but as you know the iPhone has an "iPod" app and the iPod Touch has a "Music App". I downloaded a theme that had all the icons I wanted, but the music one was the default one. So is there a way I can make my iPod Touch get rid of the music app and use the iphone version? Maybe use Rename and change it to the name iPod. Or is there another way?

i think I have seen a free and paid of something that does this in cydia.
The only one i could find easily was the free: mmp flip (ios 4.x)

I sshed into my phone and pulled the .theme folders with the icons I wanted out into the themes folder.

Edit: Reading what I just wrote made my head hurt, but I hope you get what I'm saying.

I do. I did the same with ifile. But that didn't help any. I read in cydia, the notes from the developer. He said that there were issues that were fixed in version 1.0.1. Yet the available download is still 1.0.

If you somehow have 1.0.1, could you please upload the theme?
