Post your Location and 3G reception

In Sydney, North with Optus only about 0.3Mbps AND this shows up the maximum 3G bars so I don't know what's going on.

Iv'e seen other posts with more than 1mbps but Iv'e only languished below 0.4Mbps-bit dissapointing to be honest,.

This was tested using speed app and testmyiphone-Iv'e found they both show my speed is this low!
 
Out and about town in Roswell, GA I get 3G, 4-5 bars.

In my office, I get 3G 1 bar if lucky. (Not a biggie as I just connect to the wireless LAN and call it a day.)

In my house, I get EDGE, 3 bars if lucky. (This one makes me mad, but what can I do?)
