I take it you can make a folder like that with an apple icon underneath it because you iphone is jb?

No, you don't. Just copy/paste an apple symbol when you're naming the folder and you're done. Who told you that you had to jailbreak to do something like that???

Sorry I used the apple to indicate the folder I was talking about.

How do you create a folder on the dock like that without jailbreaking your phone
