Here's my home screen, which I've carried over, from my iPhone 4 to iPhone 5.
I like to keep my home screen 'clutter free' and have all of the Apple default apps in one folder along the bottom.

Then I put all my other apps on the next screen


....and all my gaming apps on a third screen( well - apart from Newsstand which I can't get rid of!!!)

My iPhone :) . Just got a 4s last week and I absolutely love it! Works so much better than my old droid X.
