A tiny bit. Linen is completely gone. Skeumorphism has been replaced with more modern looks. The 2-D dock on the side has been replaced with a more Tiger-esque dock. I suspect the major UI changes will occur in the next OS.

To get the top menubar black you can download a theme from deviant art. I used killa arron's black menubar mod and added in some of my own menubar icons I made, to give it an almost stock like appearance.

Mine:

finally got the dock tweaked. To do so in Mavs you have to use three techniques to change those icons; one trick works on one, another works somewhere else. Probably CandyBar would do it all..
