Do some of you not know what this means? If not, it means your usage doesn’t mean crap, since you charged the phone before taking this pic.

THIS! Please don't post your usage if your phone has been plugged in since it's last charge. Even if "it was just to sync for 5 min". It isn't a genuine usage stat if you have been plugged in.
 
I may be wrong, but I think the point of the thread was to show data usage (sent/received) not battery life.
 
iPhone 4 battery, it's real and it's spectacular. This is just after I plugged it in after totally draining it a few days ago.

Well, they should have said that, because usage is normally considered the part where it says “Usage."

Agreed. But, the entire screen itself is also called "Usage". The OP should have clarified what they were looking for.
