I found this iphone on the ground, no sim card, perfect condition. however, the screen doesn't work. you can tell whenever the iphone is off that the screen is messed up... and when it comes on, it looks broken and it gray and white. i'll post pictures. does anyone know what kind of damage this is? or what i could do to fix it? thanks!

Maybe hand it in to the authorities ?, might be stolen, then even if you fixed it it could be barred.
