iPad Posting Pics Using Facebook or Twitter from Notification Center

Can someone confirm if this has been possible before? My iPad 2 has the latest iOS 6.0.1 and there is no option to post a pic, either to Twitter or to Facebook using the widget in Notification Center.

I'm sure that I have used the share widget before, to post pics or am I imagining things?!!! :S

It does not appear to be possible. I suppose it is because it is intended for a quick status update or tweet

You're imagining things. As of now, posting pictures to FB or Twitter from NC is not and has never been possible. Only posting status updates/tweets are possible. However, I would like to see this in the future.
