Potential Bug in Beta 4 - Passcode Lock "try again in x min"

Did a brief search, couldn't find anything obvious on this.

VZW iPhone 5 here. I can't get my iPhone to lock out after a few invalid passcode attempts..."Try again in 1 minute" I have tried 'turning it off and on again', and it still isn't locking out.
I tried it about 8 times. I didn't want to try 10 invalid attempts in the event that the 'Erase Data' switch is stuck on (even though it appears off to me).

Can someone else try this and see if they have the same results? I have filed a bug report with Apple.

I have have confirmed this is a security bug. I have an AT&T iPhone 5 running iOS 7 Beta 4. It will take an unlimited number of passcode attempts. It is supposed to start timing out after 5 attempts, and erase the device after 10 attempts. But it is not doing it.

Yep it's a bug. Switch to a complex password then if it matters that much to you.

I'm not concerned in any regard... was wondering if it was just me.
