I plugged my iPod touch into my macbook, and I have all the appropriate updates and the software upgrade. I noticed today when I was syncing my iPod I watched the new songs, and videos and bookmarking ect. all sync, however on my iPod the screen didn't give me the sync screen. It was simply the safari page that I had previously been viewing. I pressed the home button and it took me home, and then I clicked the notes button. In iTunes the iPod continued to sync! Once the sync was over I checked my iPod application and there were all my new podcasts, so the sync was successful.

Is this something new in 1.1.3 that I hadn't notice before? Or was this a happy glitch? Or should I restore my iPod as this is a potential problem?

I have 1.1.3, and I still get the "Syncing" screen whenever I connect the Touch to the computer, so I guess it's a glitch (though not necessarily bad unless other problems start to occur).
