Pouch for iPhone 5 WITHOUT belt clip

I like to keep my iPhone 5 inside a pouch in my pants pocket. I can find limitless horizontal pouch style cases. But they all have belt clips. Does anyone know where I can find one without the belt clip? Ideally it would also feature magnetic closure and an opening at the bottom to push the phone out.

I had a perfect one (met every criteria I mentioned above) for my iPhone 4 but they aren't offering it for the 5. It's this one:

Adds zero bulk, protects fron scuffs and scratches, with limited drop protection.
