PoweBook G4 screen repair help

Hey,

My screen needs to be repaired.. the screen is fine but it's floppy. I adjusted the screen angle one day and it made a cracking sound and now it doesn't adjust. It just tilts all the way back there is no tension to get different angles.

Anyone know how to fix it?
