Hello,
My college surplus facility has a 20" Apple Cinema display that I will be commandeering for our Honors Program office. I'll be hooking it up to a Mac Mini. The monitor is in great shape but has no power cable. Before I hit up Ebay, is there anything proprietary about the power cable for this monitor? It looks like the cable I have from a Dell monitor would fit.

are you talking about the power cable itself (the cable that runs from the white brick to the wall) or the power supply (including the white brick)?

if the latter, they're historically tough to get a hold of and expensive when you do. the reason is that sometimes they fail and they have value on the used market.

if the former, then any cable will do.

Also which 20" display it? Is it the aluminium one or the glass one (that uses an ADC connector).
