Hey all, I bought this power bank with Apple Watch charger for my ultra.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZTXZZ77?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Unfortunately, the watch charges to slow for my liking. For example during my 1 hr commute, my watched charged from 42% to 68%. However, at home, my regular usb-c apple made charger for my Apple Watch charged it to 95% from 42% in a little over 55 mins. Does anyone have a positive experience fast charging their watch with a power bank with integrated Apple Watch charger?

Best bet would be the apple fast charging cable and a power bank with a USB-C power output.

I can vouch for the Belkin charger as well. I was so excited about its release that I preordered it at full cost when it was first announced. It is indeed a fast watch charger.

As a USB-C charger, it puts out 20watts at a time according to my USB C power meter when charging my iPad Pro when the iPad is in a lower battery state. The charger does get quite warm, however, when charging the iPad.

When being charged the charger also seems to take 20watts at a time if memory serves (don’t hold me to this number… I cannot remember the exact number).

I wish someone sold a carrying case for it that would also store a usb c cable.

my only criticism of the device is I dislike the rubbery material used on the outside. While it feels good and is nice and grippy, it’s a dirt magnet. Would’ve preferred a hard plastic material.

But that’s a very minor nit.

So the belking can charge the Apple Watch Ultra or series 8/9 as fast as the usb-c Apple Watch charger?

Wow thanks for the belkin. I’ll keep an eye for a bigger sale. It’s on Amazon. It can also charge AirPods!

I have charged my Ultra while camping with the Anker 737. The 737 is a beast and heavy so you would not want to carry in your pocket. It will charge my iPhone and even the iPad multiple times.

Ya I have a 737. Very handy for my switch and steam deck. And laptop.

To be more descriptive, “Fast charge compatible Apple Watch from 0-80% in 45 minutes.” And, “Our Fast Wireless Charger for Apple Watch + Power Bank 10K delivers a fast wireless charge to your compatible Apple Watch 7.5W at the same time as you plug in your iPhone for up to 20W of fast charging.”

while I haven’t timed it personally, it feels like it’s charging my Series 8 just as quickly. (By comparison, I have the Anker Cube charger, and I’m not convinced it is a fast watch charger… seems slower than the Apple Watch charger.)
