Power Brick Overheating?

Well, when ever I charge my iPad the power brick gets extremely hot! It burns to touch it. I used a thermometer and it is saying the power brick is 91.7°. Does yours do that? Is it faulty? Should it be replaced? Please help.

That's internal temperature, what is touching the power brick is bare flesh that's use to the cold and it doesn't burn to say but it's extremely hot
