Power button doesn't work-Looking for application

Hi!

My power/sleep button doesn't work (hardware issue).

1. I'm looking for an App that will make the same - Turn iPhone to a "Sleep" / "Standby" mode.. like the power button...

2. I want to restore my device and I can't make it to a DFU mode!
maybe there is a terminal command line that will make the device into a DFU mode?
