Power button problem

Sup guys,

First I just wanna tell you that my device is a 4G iPod touch and I'm posting here because the iPod forum is almost dead.

So I bought this iPod in December at Best Buy and now my power button is not working anymore... Do you know guys if Best Buy will give me a new one? I still got my bill. Thanks! :)
