Power consumption of personal hotspot via BT vs. via WIFI

OK, technical question here: is there an appreciable difference in the power consumption if I use personal hotspot through a BT connection rather than through WIFI? I know BT uses less power in general, but is slower than WIFI. But, if the power savings is not substantial, I'd rather just stick with the WIFI setup since then it's more of a hassle to establish a BT connection.
