Has anyone figured out around how much it costs electricity-wise to have a Mac Pro running per day? Ideally I don't want to turn mine off much, but I wonder how much it's affecting my power bill leaving it on overnight. Will it use much energy at all if I put it to sleep?

Buy a Kill A Watt.

Mine idles around 375 watts, sleeps after 45 minutes of inactivity.
