Power Mac G5 dosnt turn on

It powers on the fans at a good speed but the screen dosnt show anything (its not the display the display works on other computers) the hdd isnt in since it is broke. powered of and pushed pmu dosnt change. its a pre 05 so no led's and its dual 2ghz air cooled.

2-3 minutes later fans get alot faster and noisier
