K, so I've decided to dissect an old Power Macintosh 9500 I found...

WHAT WERE THEY THINKING WHEN THEY DESIGNED THIS THING?

It seems I have to take out the entire motherboard to get to the RAM.

I can't find a dissection guide anywhere on the net, except for a forum post somewhere saying that the motherboard needs to be removed.

Can anyone help?
 
On an interesting note... now that I'm inside the beast, I see the signatures of some of the engineers (probably)... pretty awesome. I'll post a pic in a few minutes.
 
Doubt it'll show up.. pretty cool though.
