Power PC to Intel-based Final Cut Studio cds

We bought final cut studio last spring and it will only work with power pc. We were told that somewhere on the Apple website there was a form you could fill out to send in with $40 in order to receive the final cut studio programs that would work both with power pc and intel-based macs. Since we purchased the whole studio this was a simple solution in the event we upgraded our mac to intel-based...we could transfer all our final cut files. Has anyone heard about this? Do you know where the form is on the apple site?
