Power Supply capacity

I wonder how much load the power supply can handle on the Mac Mini and Mac Mini Pro. I mean if you if put a two Thunder bolt drives on the back. Would it then be able handle another one or two USB C drives on the front.
Futhermore are the power supplies of these two machines identical.

A YouTuber (can’t recall who) I saw taking it apart, did some quick math based on the components used and ended at around 150Watt

Apple quote it at 155W on the spec sheet.

Given my M4 (vanilla) is pulling 29W from the wall when benchmarked, there's a bit of headroom.
