I need a new power supply for my 2011 13” MBP.

Will an 85W Work with the 13 inch, or do I need to get only a 60W?

85W will be fine, but be careful of buying a counterfeit one. (many or perhaps even most on eBay and Amazon are counterfeit.)

Counterfeit? Or just off brand. If it works the same for $60 bucks less, I’m all about that!!

Counterfeit. Apple has never authorized 3rd parties to make Magsafe power adapters and there are many that pretend to be Apple ones.
