I can't imagine that it wouldn't. None of the physical specs have changed.

Yes, they are exactly the same.

And I will add, I believe power support is the best glass protection available. I personally prefer the HD matte, but both are great.

Yeah, the iPhone 4S is basically the CDMA (Verizon) iPhone 4. You can search for "Verizon iPhone 4" cases and such.
