So I sent off an e-mail a few minutes ago to PS letting them know that my PS Crystal seems to be cut improperly, there is a noticeable gap around the edges, much more than I had on my 1st gen model.

Just searched around here and saw many others seem to have a similar problem.

Should I wait for a reply from PS in regards to this? or in the alternative,
Should I just return the PS Crystal Film to Apple?

My own fault, but today is the last day to return them to Apple (I bought it while up in Tampa two weeks ago). Its roughly 46 miles each way to go return it, and with gas prices as they are (roughly $0.19/mi in my car), I would spend $17.48 in gas just driving up there and back :(

I purchased the exact same film, PS Crystal film for 3G. I have to tell you that you just have to have patience to apply it onto your phone. This film is cut precisely leaving about 1 mm gap all around the edge of the glass, speaker and home button. It really took me a while to adjust it perfectly.
Patience...
