So i've had my 4s since launch day and put the Power Support HD Anti-Glare Film screen protector on as soon as i got it. Just out of curiosity should i take the protector off every few weeks or so to clean the screen or the screen protector at all? So far all ive been doing is gettin a lightly damp cloth and wiping the screen down.

Do not take it off unless you have another one to put on or you will get dust etc under it. Just clean the protector with it on the phone.
My experience has been never take it off unless you want to throw it away cuz it will never go back on again without lint underneath. One-time only installation for best results. Why would you need to remove it if you cleaned well before installing?
Just keep the screen protector cleaned. They're pretty much bulletproof.
