I travelled to Europe last year. I found the power bank there is in 2,000 ~ 3,000mAh generally. However in Asia, 2,000 ~ 3,000mAh is a tiny capacity. People in Asia always use power banks in 8,000mAh+

I heard some said, people in Europe do not use mobile data heavily like in Asia. Is that true?

The physical size of the power bank will increase with the capacity you choose. 3000-3500mAh will be sufficient for a one time charge on a 6S or 6S+, but if you want multiple charges, you may want to look into an 8-10K mAh model.

Doesn't really have anything to do with mobile data.
