Powerbeats-3 connection problem

Since my update, every time I open my phone and touch an app on my home page, my powerbeats3 window comes up. It is a pain in the neck and slows the whole process down. Completely not necessary - if I am not sure if they are connected I can just look up in the upper right hand corner to check
