PowerBeats 3 not working

So I didn't exactly know where to put this groups but wanted to ask. Last month I purchased some power beats 3 from the apple store. Haven't used much but they seem to not be charging or powering on? Any tips tricks ideas? do I need to call apple or who would handle this issue? (thanks in advance)
