The earphones do charge to 100% when I leave them in the case overnight, but in the morning the case can be at 30%, 60%, etc. It's always connected to my iMac with the lightning cable. Why isn't the case always topped at 100%? Is it intentional or should I go and get a replacement?

Mine dips every so often, but it could be battery conditioning. 60% will still get you about 6 full charges of the headphones. Keeping it at 100% is probably bad for it.
